Less is more
This applies to the ingredients of Cuckoo Ice Cream as well as their provenance. We rely as much as possible on products of Swiss origin: Swiss milk and Swiss cream provide the magnificent creamy texture to Cuckoo Ice Cream and support the diffusion of the natural flavors.
All our ingredients are of course natural and of exceptional quality – this is the commitment that ice cream creators defend. This is why at Cuckoo Ice Cream we do not need to use artificial flavors or colors for our ice creams. We rely on purist recipes, focused on taste and flavors, it’s as simple as that.
Cuckoo Ice Cream is intentionally less sweet in taste than other ice creams, because the tastes and flavors of its high-quality ingredients stand on their own.
From two varieties of Vanilla, aged in oak barrels, one from Madagascar and the other from Papua New Guinea, including an exceptional “Grand-Cru Elvesia” chocolate with 80% cocoa from the Dominican Republic, to the exclusive cold-brewed Arabica coffee from Honduras. We know exactly where our raw materials come from so that we can integrate them harmoniously with our selected Swiss ingredients. This is how our ice creams were created with their undeniably authentic and intense flavor.
