In the branches in Lucerne, Bern and Basel, Cuckoo ice cream is served either in the handmade butter waffle or – for purists – in the “Chübeli”. Our ice cream is always freshly prepared!
But be careful: ice cream sommeliers know that good ice cream is not scooped into scoops, but rather spooned into the waffle. This makes the mass even more flexible. You can hardly make scoops with Cuckoo’s ice cream anyway because it’s too creamy.
