In our boutiques, we offer a flavorful coffee experience to complement our ice cream creations. Exclusive coffee blends have been created specifically for this purpose.
Lungo 100% biodynamic

Our Lungo coffee comes from Honduras. The pioneers of organic coffee in Honduras founded the 18 Conejo (18 Rabbits) cooperative in 2012. The name comes from the Mayan calendar and refers to the reign of the powerful Mayan king Uaxaclajuun. The centuries-old cosmological understanding of the Maya is reflected in their agriculture. Cosmic balance is naturally integrated into their daily work.
Espresso from Fairtrade pioneers
More than two-thirds of the coffee beans in our espresso come from Brazil. The APAS blend is a blend of coffees from various certified organic members of the APAS cooperative. They were Fairtrade pioneers in Brazil and are now among the very few cooperatives in Brazil that produce organic coffee. They operate their farms in the region of São Gonçalo do Sapucaí. The coffee cherries for the organic APAS blend are individually dried by the members on their own farms and then mechanically pulped. This dry processing emphasizes the nutty and chocolatey character of the coffee. The flavor of our espresso is rounded out with beans from Ethiopia.

High-quality brews with Dalla Corte
The high-quality coffee beans are freshly ground for each individual cup of coffee using our Dalla Corte grinders, measured with gram precision, and evenly tamped. The Dalla Corte machine then ensures precise and constant temperature control down to 1/10 of a degree Celsius – guaranteeing the perfect cup of coffee.
